Dear Reader. Hello and welcome to my lovely about page. I decided to create this space on the web for myself so I could share my knowledge, and provide a bit of a digital playground where I can exercise my creative brain...

I also thought the Internet could use at least one more website that isn’t riddled with banner ads, dark patterns, and tracking scripts... contributing to the absolute mess that has become of The Internet today!

As I grew up in the 90s, I witnessed a new age of technology unfold right before my very eyes, and the web was something I instantly fell in love with. The idea of building my own products that could be used by people worldwide just blew away my video-game-obsessed teenage brain.

Since then, I’ve been to University and worked in digital for over a decade. The time has absolutely flown by, and despite the technological advances over this time, I fear that the overall quality of the web has taken a bit of a downturn.

In my work I aim to craft with conscience. This means that I want to have a positive impact on society. Through inclusive, human-centered digital experiences I believe that technology should compliment our lives, instead of becoming the centre-piece of our existence.

In the past, I aimed to champion the “craft with conscience” mantra via my own agency; Daymedia. Nowadays, as I work as a developer full time, I decided to revamp this website and resume writing my journal.

I hope that you will benefit from the knowledge that I share, and can take away something practical to your organisation. Here’s to a brighter future for the web!
