Wenta - Creating a bespoke client experience

Wenta have been providing support to Herts business communities for over 34 years. 93% of the businesses they have helped to start up have survived their first year of trading, so it is clear to see that they play a hugely important role in the Hertfordshire economy.

The website has really captured the values of Wenta and its vibrant community. We are particularly pleased with the innovative navigation, and seamless integration of different types of content.

Wenta offer a wide range of services including workspace, training and mentoring. In recent years they have expanded to serve more business centres across the county, and as a result, the existing Wenta website had become heavily bloated with information.

In 2016 we were challenged to design and build a new website for Wenta, with the key goal of reaching out to more entrepreneurs in need of their support.

Find your way

Our main challenge was to organise a large amount of content, whilst helping visitors find the services and information relevant to them.

In order to help visitors find what they need, we have provided a consistent "Find your way" mechanism throughout the website. Providing this in addition to the conventional text search has enabled us to radically simplify the navigation and maintain a clean look and feel.
